Policy
This Participant Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Cook with Love Pte. Ltd. ("Company") and the undersigned participant ("Participant"). By booking the Live Cooking Station, the Participant agrees: Usage Guidelines: The Live Cooking Station is offered free of charge and should be used responsibly and for its intended purpose. The Company reserves the right to decline bookings. Participants must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally, treating staff with courtesy and handling equipment with care. Any abusive or disrespectful behaviour is unacceptable. Risks & Liability: Use of the Live Cooking Station is at the Participant's own risk. The Company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during use, including those related to appliances, utensils, or food preparation. Food Consumption: The Company strives for a safe cooking environment but is not responsible for any food-related illnesses or allergies arising from food prepared at the Station. Damages: The Participant is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused to the Company's property.
