Campaign validity
Promotion is valid for purchases made during the campaign period, while stocks last. Teka Singapore reserves the right to amend or end the promotion without prior notice.

Eligible products
Trade-in savings apply only to selected Teka models under this campaign. Availability is subject to stock and final confirmation upon order.

Trade-in eligibility (All Brands Accepted)
- Trade-in is applicable for old kitchen appliances from any brand, subject to acceptance by Teka Singapore.
- Appliance type must match the category purchased (for example, hob-for-hob, oven-for-oven).

One trade-in per purchase
Each promotional purchase is eligible for trade-in of one old appliance only, unless otherwise stated.

Condition of trade-in appliance
- Trade-in appliances must be fully disconnected and safe to handle / free from hazardous contamination (for example, excessive oil leakage, infestation, or unsafe damage)
- Teka Singapore reserves the right to reject any appliance deemed unsafe or unsuitable for collection.

Trade-in collection and disposal
Trade-in collection and disposal are provided only for accepted appliances under this campaign and only at the confirmed delivery address.

Free delivery and collection scope
Free delivery and trade-in collection are valid for local Singapore addresses only, and applies to standard delivery conditions. Additional charges may apply for:
- Restricted access locations
- Special delivery requirements
- Multiple trips requested by customer
- Re-delivery due to missed appointment

Free professional installation scope
Free installation is limited to standard installation only, based on existing site conditions and ready access.

Free installation does not include:
- Cabinet or carpentry modification
- Cutting, hacking, or resizing of cabinetry
- Worktop cut-out creation or modification
- Re-routing of electrical wiring or plumbing
- Gas piping works or relocation
- Concealed trunking or additional power points
- Dismantling of non-standard fixtures
- Any rectification works due to existing site issues

Built-in appliance fit and site readiness
- Customer is responsible to ensure the installation site is ready and suitable, including:
- Correct cabinet dimensions
- Correct ventilation clearances
- Correct power/water/gas points
- Safe access for delivery and installation
- If additional work is required to make the site suitable, it will be quoted separately.

Worktop cut-out and cabinet adjustments (important)
For built-in hobs and appliances, worktop cut-out modification and cabinet alterations are not included. If adjustment is required, additional charges apply. Please contact Teka Singapore for assessment and quotation.

Unsuccessful installation due to site conditions
If installation cannot be completed due to site conditions, missing points, or incorrect measurements, a return trip and/or re-delivery fee may apply.

Pricing and savings
Promotional prices, trade-in savings, and bundled services are applicable only under this campaign and cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or corporate discounts unless stated.

All orders are subject to final confirmation by Teka Singapore, including stock availability, delivery schedule, and installation feasibility.
