Trade-In Offer Terms & Conditions

• This promotion applies exclusively to the EX 90.1 3G Gas Hob.

• The final trade-in value will be determined based on the condition, age and completeness of the existing hob. The maximum S$400 trade-in discount is not guaranteed.

• Each EX 90.1 3G Gas Hob purchased is eligible for the trade-in of one existing hob only. The traded-in hob must be collected from the same address where the new hob is delivered and installed.

• The existing hob must be owned by the customer, reasonably accessible and available for removal during the scheduled installation appointment.

• If the actual condition or specifications of the existing hob differ materially from the information provided, the trade-in value may be revised. Any resulting price difference must be paid before or during installation.

• Free delivery, installation and removal are limited to one location per purchase. Free removal applies only to the existing hob being traded in.

• Free installation covers standard replacement installation only, using the existing compatible countertop opening and available gas connection.

• Additional works or materials are not included. These may include countertop cutting, cabinetry modification, rectification work, relocation or modification of gas pipes, electrical work, replacement of unsuitable components, difficult-access delivery and any work beyond standard installation. Any additional charges will be communicated before the work proceeds.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation location, countertop opening, gas supply and surrounding cabinetry are suitable for the EX 90.1 3G Gas Hob.

• Where work on a piped gas installation is required, it must be carried out by a Licensed Gas Service Worker in accordance with Singapore requirements.

• Delivery and installation appointments are subject to availability and site accessibility.

• Trade-in discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other products.

• This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes or offers unless otherwise stated.

• All orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance. While stocks last.

• The K Word Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws. Confirmed purchases will not be affected by subsequent changes.

• In the event of any dispute concerning trade-in eligibility or value, The K Word Pte. Ltd. will review the matter based on the product condition and information provided.
